4.1. We aim to process and deliver orders promptly. Delivery times may vary in between 3 - 5 working days based on location and product availability.
4.2. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly stated at checkout.
4.3. TheSchoolStore.pk’s staff work in a full-swing from confirmation to dispatch. But if due to any unforeseen issue arises for delay in your parcel’s delivery, the staff will be looking into the matter to get your orders delivered promptly and speedy.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be delivered back at the store address, must be unused and in their original packaging.
5.2. Refunds will be processed after the returned items are inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
5.3. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
